The hotel it self is nice and rooms meet expectations. We arrived for checking around 4pm and there was nobody at the desk. We had to call a 500 number from the lobby, no answer and there another number on a note to call, which I did, no answer. We left and came back several hours later and were able to check in. Once checked in, we were told elevator was not working, so we had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs every time. In the morning, barely lukewarm water for a shower, came out shivering. Then looked for a hair dryer, none in the room. Down the stairs again and up, they handed me a brand new one in an original box. The. Going downstairs coffee machine is broken, had a note on it. There was also supposed to be breakfast, nope. Mentioned the water thing to staff, but they cant do anything about it and did not want to say more as its Christmas morning and they are here working. This is really for management to buck up and get this facility in shape. And while you are at it, maybe store those 5 new microwaves in a box somewhere other than the main lobby of the hotel.

We've been staying here for awhile now. The staff is amazing, we love the people that work here. The rooms are clean, but on the small side. The elevator has been broken for months, so if you have physical problems taking stairs, make sure you get a first floor room.

Lovely place, very comfortable the building itself self GREAT! Even an older Man extremely welcoming, However the front desk staff WHEWWWWW first there was a Lady on second I believe whom actually checked me in, one day I went to get an understanding on a discrepancy and she brushed me off to the manger which was really annoying, but whatever but now there is a situation AT 7:30 in the AM () I sent our room things to the front so that I could clean the room before the girls come back so I sent someone whom I most likely shouldnt have sent to get said things however upon checking what was brought back in the room I noticed items was missing, so I then myself went up there to get what was missing and the front desk Lady caught me completely off guard cause what I said was I need the kitchen towel to wash the dishes and two sets of sheets, she immediately started rolling her neck I gave you two sheets, I froze because its 730 in the morning I dont think I have seen her this morning so may she just IDK, so I said I can bring back what was given so we can go thru it together but I DO NOT HAVE SHEETS, so before she completely ruin my day I say Ill come back on another shift and get some sheets which is FREAKING SAD they definitely need some Customer Service Training, some tips de escalating, and just plain old RESPECT!

Amazing place only thing to bring it out of a 5 star rating is some of the guests but to an extent that's beyond their control

This is a great location to stay. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Even the people at this location are friendly too. I recommend this location to anyone.
