I walked into the hotel, after getting assistance from a bellhop to navigate check-in and parking, and thought it was a nice looking hotel overall. Everything started off fine until my adjoining room neighbors got to their room. Theres been a party going on since at least midnight with loud music, people in and out of the room, and smoking seeping in from under the door. I called for security 3 separate times and the party still hasnt been shut down at 9:52am. I called the front desk to request a new room only to be told there are none available right now but to check back later. That was unacceptable so I got dressed and went downstairs to speak to the manager. They offered me an accessible room on a higher floor but with no view, which I paid extra for. I again was told that if I call or come down later, I can see if something else is available. I told them simply being able to maybe move was not enough and they offered to take care of parking for both cars for the weekend. I told them thats fine but didnt understand why theyre unable to shut the party down. Then I asked for a breakfast voucher which they gave me. Ive never had such an awful experience in a hotel, and Ive never seen a situation where security wasnt able to take care of a serious noise nuisance. I will never stay here again and I wont recommend this place to anyone. Without the party next door, this might have been a decent hotel.

The hotel was very nice over all. I think that the elevators were very slow and maybe not enough elevators for the number of rooms they have available. One issue we did have is that the ADA room my in-laws got wasn't the most ADA friendly. It was hard for my mother in-law to navigate the room in her wheelchair. But overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Checked into this hotel for a long New Years weekend trip. All photos and advertising online led me to think this place was upscale, clean, modern, etc. Im bummed we missed the warm welcome and champagne on a silver platter that other reviews mentioned. The front desk barely made eye contact and were nowhere close to warm and welcoming. We asked on two separate occasions for a fan because our room was stuffy and the humidity was outrageous (thermostat adjustment didnt seem to help) and were met with eye rolls from the front desk gentlemen, who then said theyd look and walked away from the reception desk. ?!? Furniture in the room was damaged and chipped. Floors and carpeting were sticky. Hotel pricing was reasonable, so whatever, I can overlook all of this. What I cant seem to get over, though, were the loud parties in other rooms on our floor. And it was NYE, so I get it, to an extent. But one night we were woken up at 4:30am by a physical FIGHT between two women in the hallway, hurling all sorts of colorful language at the top of their lungs. Hotel security eventually got involved but didnt seem to do much. So, Ill agree with another review that hotel staff did the bare minimum to stop parties and fights. Hotel decor was pretty sterile. Everything is in shades of gray and brown. But again, whatever, no big deal. The hotel gym was big, which was great. RedSalt and Cloud Bar were not open at any point during our stay, which was disappointing as the hotels location isnt in immediate proximity to other restaurants. Overall, Im really not sure how this hotel can call itself a 4-star. I highly, highly recommend you look elsewhere for accommodation. I really dislike leaving bad reviews but I urge you to look elsewhere. You can tell from the hotels responses to these reviews that they could care less, too.

We were very excited to take a one night staycation here - Overall the reviews seemed okay, but wow! Advertised as a 4 hotel, but this was 2 at best. Parking was a bit ridiculous - $25 per day which gets you very inconvenient and an unsecured spot in the garage. The elevator was not functioning so luggage had to be taken up the staircase. There was trash upon entering from the parking deck - it was there our entire stay. The staff was friendly - that was our only positive as well as the view of the city from our room. The lobby and common areas were nice and well maintained. Unfortunately that stops once you finally make your way into an elevator (which takes an incredibly long time even though there are 4). The hallways, rooms, everywhere reeked of smoke and marijuana. Im sure the rooms felt luxurious at one point, but they need extensive work. The furniture was dusty, the headboard and bed frame were peeling. The sheets did not even fit the mattress properly - which was also incredibly uncomfortable. The bathroom was probably the biggest disappointment. Water pressure was non-existent. The shower was dirty. The water in the shower as well as the sink did not drain properly. There was barely enough room to lay a towel on the floor when stepping out of the shower. Overall, this place was a huge disappointment - especially for the price. Save your money and stay at a Holiday Inn. I promise you will have a much better experience.
