I really gave it four stars for the help desk they were really easygoing people no major complaints or attitudes. Otherwise place is a cool 2.5 Nice and personable front desk Housekeeping not so much we kept receiving a grumpy old lady with lots of attitude. I only requested a sweep through and new linens looked at me like I lost my mind lol. I was unaware of the housekeeping protocol she stated it was every two weeks even though I booked for a week. Room was definitely not in tip top shape 1st night a blue wet rag was left on the computer chairs. *confused why or how Dirty floors my poor babies feet were jet black lol I personally swept & mopped myself by the 2/3rd night Computer chairs were extremely filthy needs a super wipe down. My son kept breaking out unsure why but as soon as we left it went away. Horrible smell I had to buy some plug ins Lol and it had a strange bobby-pin outline stain in the restroom. Definitely needs some pest control had to kill a bug or two Need some tlc & remodeling. All appliances are in need of a nice upgrade But for the price you get what you get I guess Ive stayed other places in better shape at a cheaper price. They dont have a parking problem that was nice

Extremely rude staff. Fifield should not be in customer service as she is very hostile. The room was infested with roaches. There are homeless people and or residents who live there that walk and ride bikes past your room all night long. It was disturbing. Trust me spend 15 -20 bucks more and avoid this place for your own peace of mind.

Excellent checkin with Aaron! The property here is very clean, well manicured and quiet. So far, very impressed and looking forward to our stay. I feel very safe and also, the parking lot is well lit and very bright. Huge props to Aaron for a positive introduction to this ESA!

Worst worst experience from this hotel, dont prefer anyone to choose this. They wont return your deposit amount , not sure what reason. We cant reach them over cell or mail ,no response.I physically went there to enquire two times ,but no one available , simply telling manager is not available.Better search for good rated hotel. I stayed in room 180 from Jan 23 rd to Jan 30 ,its an average double bedroom , room was not that much clean and I asked for cleaning within two days but they sent late . Also the dining table was very old with shaking leg , most of the shading lights are blinking (issue with switches ) . I will not allow anyone that I know to stay there , atleast they would have to reply to our mail ,simply called me for giving feedback and rating one day .Not sure wether management aware this or with their permission doing this all

ESA charlotte Airport has provided all stated amenities and service provided is excellent. Staff is just a call away and always ready to help you. The property is maintained well and surrounding is clean.
