Fantastic from the front desk to house keeping to the people who run the cafe area in the Morning. Great room clean , the manger should be proud of the staff. Only thing that sucks is trying to find parking late at night. I would always stay in this hotel when I need one by far best in Monroe for price .only thing I would change here is a tad bit faster Wi-Fi still good but it should be a lot faster for how good this place looks inside and out.

We were so pleased with our stay! I also used their banquet room for my birthday party. The staff was so friendly and accomodating!! Brandon D. the manager touched basis with me often. If you are in need of a staycation I recommend this hotel! Delicious complimentary breakfast also!! VC

I travel all over the US and UK and I must say, this hotel is by far one of the best Holiday Inn locations I have visited. I wish most every other HI would study and take notes from this example. From the parking lot which was sparkling, to the check in which was warm and welcoming, to the room which was most impressive. I could tell there was real pride in the housekeeping staffs work. And little touches were found, like specially folded towels to perfectly/tightly made beds. The room was so impressive I approached a couple of lovely staff members upon check out to praise their hard work. It was so clean, I honestly have no idea when it opened. Being on the road working post covid has been surprising for all hotels are definitely not making the cleanliness grade. But this one. I loved! Keep up the amazing work. It is noticed! Thank you to all!

Awesome hotel! Hubby and I only stayed overnight but it was so very clean, quiet, convenient to restaurants and shopping and very nice! Bed was unbelievably comfortable! Friendly staff!

Im so upset right now. I abhor being lied to. I checked in my hotel room around 1:30 February 19 2022 room 215. I had to change cloths and leave quickly for a wake. Upon returning at 10pm, I went to put something in the fridge and it was HOT. I called the front desk and spoke to Michele, she says that the fridge is going through a cycle and to give it an hour. That is a lie because when we came in earlier my sister went to put something in it and it was hot then. I call Michelle back and she said I'm sorry ma'am all rooms are full and I can't move you I can put your things in the fridge down here. NO MA'AM COVID... then she said, well that's all I can do ma'am have a good night and hung up in my face. She felt because she said "have a good night" that technically that wasn't hanging up in my face. Just because you say something in a sweet voice doesn't make you great at customer service and Michele needs to be written up.
